Schwinn 4-Banger

This is an oldie but goodie; a Mert Lawwill-designed Schwinn Straight 6.  If you're familiar with the history of mountain biking, you'll see a blurp about Mert, Schwinn, and Yeti.  These bikes were the bomb back in the day -- back when Schwinn was Schwinn and not the crap it is today.  This is a rare, hard-to-find piece of history.  That's why you want it.

The stock spec's: http://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/BikeSpecs.aspx?year=2001&brand=Schwinn&model=Straight+6

The details:

CycleLogix road

This is a private-labeled (Cycle Logix) Chinarello; it's sort of like a Motobecane -- generic frame with incredible parts.  It's FULL Sram Red, has carbon clinchers, carbon post and stem and bar....carbon EVERYTHING with Sram Red EVERYTHING ELSE.  If this bike said Specialized Tarmac or Trek Madone on it, you'd pay twice as much.  So, for the value -- it's just that.  A stupid-good value.

Here's a little more about the brand: http://cyclelogixbikes.tumblr.com/

The highlights:

- 58cm carbon frame
- Carbon fork
- Carbon clinchers (stupid light)
- Carbon seatpost
- Carbon stem
- Carbon handlebar
- Sram Red front / rear derailleurs
- Sram Red shifters
- Sram Red brake levers
- Sram Red brakes
- Sram Red crankset
- Sram Red 10-speed cassette
- Pedals not included

$1795 takes it, plus shipping.

Pivot Phoenix DH

This is a sweet little ride; a 17" (Medium) 2014 Pivot Phoenix DH with a brand-new, out-of-the-box (installed 12/3/2015) Marzocchi 380 CR.  This bike is the new-age definition of the phrase 'sick', just look at it!  The frame bearings, bottom rbacket, and headset bearings were all replaced this past summer.  The only blemishes to mention are two small dents on the sides of the frame near the headtube (see pictures): these are a common occurrence for the aluminum Pivot Phoenix frames, feel free to research it or give Pivot a call. It's more cosmetic than anything.

Trek Scratch 8

This is a stock medium (17.5")  2011 Trek Scratch.  It's in great shape, but does have one gauge/rub on the top-tube (see picture) that occured when the bike was in transit (metal on metal rubbing).  It's a couple mm deep; two different LBS checked it out and said it's no biggie.  I sent Trek a picture and they said the same thing.  I've priced the bike accordingly considering the blemish -- you can spend $400 more for a 'perfect' bike if you choose.  That's up to you.

The stock spec's: http://archive.trekbikes.com/us/en/2011/trek/scratch8#/us/en/2011/trek/scratch8/details
