This is a unique Specialized S-Works; it's a DH frame, circa 2001, that was essentially the pre-Big Hit. It's a 19" frame...and spray-painted ugly. Yes, I know. But it's actually a smooooooth ride. The rear shock has been Pushed to 175 pounds riding weight; the front fork has been jimmy-rigged with a coil instead of the problematic Marzocchi innards that suck; it functions, but will need to be replaced due to me drilling the bottom out to remove the internals.
The highlights:
- 19" 2001 Specialized S-Works DH aluminum frameset
- Pushed Fox Vanilla rear shock
- Marzocchi XC600 TST2 front fork - jimmy-rigged and functioning, but will need to be replaced.
- WTB disc wheels
- Shimano LX rear shifter / Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur
- Race Face Turbine DH crankset
- Hayes mechanical disc brakes / Avid levers
- Pedals not included
SOLD.
