Jamis Dakar XCR Team Carbon

This is my wife's bike ... it's been well maintained, well built, and (unfortunately) not well ridden.  She doesn't like to ride too much...sigh.  So, as such, it's time to clear some space in my garage!  This is a 15" (Small) Jamis Dakar XCR Team Carbon; this is a super-fast, super-light XC bike.  The carbon does have a dent/scuff (see picture) right below the rear shock -- this happened in transit to me (crank was flying around and scuffed the frame).  This happened 4 years ago.  It's never been an issue; it's not soft, and it's not a pressure point on the frame.  No biggie, but it needs to be mentioned.

The stock spec's: http://bikepedia.com/QuickBike/BikeSpecs.aspx?year=2008&brand=Jamis&model=Dakar+XCR+Team
