This is a custom-built, mint-condition 2018 XL Marin Bobcat Trail 5 aluminum hardtail 29er.  Half of the parts are brand-new, out-of-the-box; the fork has 20-miles total on it.  You're basically riding a new bike -- a heavily upgraded, new bike.
