This is a 16" (Small) 2013 Fezzari Hidden Peak aluminum 29er; the frame is brand-new, never ridden.  The rear shock (Fox Float CTD Kashima) is also brand-new, never ridden.  This is a perfect starter bike for your high-schooler NICA rider; it's relatively light, new, 29", and affordable!  It does ride rather large for a small -- so figure it's a small/medium.
