This is a top-of-the-line 19" (Large) Rocky Mountain Element 999 RSL carbon cross-country racing machine; this is the S-Works level of Rocky Mountain.  It's a 2014 frame built up with the 2015 spec's.  This is the ideal NICA racing bike.
