This is a large (18") 2018 Santa Cruz Hightower Carbon CC XO1 built up as a mullet.  This was the year that Santa Cruz listed the Hightower as a 27.5+/29" option, so running mullet is 100% kosher (no funky geometry modifications necessary).  It has brand-new e13 wheels (matching), brand-new OneUp TwoTen dropper, brand-new Hope EVO crankset, and brand-new Shimano 12-speed cassette.
