Specialized Ruby S-Works Di2

This is a 54cm (Medium) 2016 Specialized S-Works Ruby Di2 Dura-Ace, basically it's the best women's road bike you can buy. It has Dura-Ace Di2 electronic 11-speed shifting, an S-Works carbon crank, carbon seatpost, carbon bar, etc. You get the point - it's nice.  HOWEVER, it's got major cosmetic blemishes -- top coat is chipping, paint is gone, exposing carbon underneath.  There are NO cracks, but this frame is cosmetically a 5 out of 10.  As suck it deserves a 'fair' valuation on Bike Blue Book. Look at the pictures closely so you don't have any surprises upon purchase.
